What a great tutorial! Like others, I am 💯 a visual learner. I can’t imagine how many patterns I would buy if the pattern makers included a detailed video tutorial with purchase! I just tackled a detailed zip pouch after finding someone who made a very good video “how too”. I was too confused by the written instructions as a beginner to start before I found it! I thank you guys for keeping me going on this new hobby!

Great tutorial, but I have beautiful rainbow yarn so I don’t want to change every layer. There must be a way to do this without having to cut my yarn and just continue?? Should I chain 2 and head to the next corner hole? 🤔

Erica, I have had an idea that I would like to try but need your assistance please? Wondered if you could make a video showing how to attach say the Granny Square Unit you just used, and make one of your project bags - the ones with the clear backing? or it can be all material, I am not fussed about that. It is just the attaching the Granny square unit to backing fabric and a zip - would you do it the same as you demonstrated for this pencil case, accept you wouldn't fold the GS unit in half. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you so much for another nice video. x

Honestly the best crochet tutorial I've ever watched! Everything was so clear, easy to follow and understand and your voice was really easy to listen to as well. I have been crocheting for about a year and a half now and I've watched many different tutorials since I started. I use pinking shears for the edge of the fabric and I go by colors with my cross stitch I don’t do numbers cross stitching

Would you work the heel by knitting needle 3 onto needle 1 if you weren't changing color? Or do you have a separate video on knitting the heal without color change?

Just finished this bag. I bought the pattern too. No way I could have made this bag without your tutorial which was excellent. I used scraps of cotton batting with spray adhesive for pockets inside. Did become very bulky and switched to denim needle as you suggested after I broke one. That worked much better. What did you use for interfacing, Fusible fleece or sf101 type? Any way came together fine. Very challenging. Great video and tips from you. Thank you.
